Whether for a wedding, conference or other functions, we have a variety of spaces within Hotel Wandsworth for meetings and private event use. If it’s cosy and compact you’re after, or you’re looking for something a little more spacious, we can cater to most needs. We also have a dedicated events planner and catering manager on-site, who can manage your booking from start to finish, to ensure a flawless event.
We’re perfectly placed to enjoy London, located directly next to Battersea Park and delegates and guests can reach us within the following times (London traffic dependant, of course):

Our main venues at the Wandsworth Hotel:
Greens Lounge– Chesterfield sofas, stunning Battersea Park Views and an open fire in Winter, Greens Lounge is the ideal spot for a smaller, less formal meeting. Of course, additional furniture can be supplied for an alternative set-up.
B Bistro– With high ceilings, open space and cosy nooks for quieter catch-ups, B Bistro is ideally suited for the larger event. Capable of catering to 80 guests, it’s a popular spot for grand family weddings and private events where the ‘wow’ factor is an essential.
Queens– Our dedicated function space. Where Greens Lounge and B Bistro moonlight as dining facilities when not in use, Queens is a function room in the true sense of the word. Everything you could possibly need is catered for- from a separate high-speed router for speedy Wi-Fi, to a high-tech projector and screen, ergonomic seating, PA system and microphone. Up to 120 guests can be accommodated- depending upon the event- and an ante-room gives the perfect spot to welcome guests or enjoy a quiet refreshment break.
When it comes to meetings, Wi-Fi is complimentary, packages can be put together to include food, drinks and accommodation, and early access can be provided to meeting rooms for set-up. We can even arrange additional security if required.
